Position: Coaches and Scouts

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $50–$90/hour

Location: US, UK, or Canada

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design questions related to your occupation as Coaches and Scouts.Work independently and asynchronously around your schedule.Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for 3–4 weeks.Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years full-time work experience as a Coaches and Scouts.Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.

Compensation & Legal

At-will contractor to Mercor.Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
