What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization from body shops Utilize the "DeCode This" tool to search VINs and gather necessary vehicle information Maintain accurate notes in the system regarding vehicle interactions Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots daily

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role High school diploma or GED Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
