Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $65–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training.Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data.Adapt to varying workloads while maintaining high standards in question design.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).

Compensation & Legal

We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
