Position: Training and Development Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design questions related to your occupation as a Training and Development Specialist.Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training methodologies.Develop evaluation criteria to assess training effectiveness.Provide insights to improve training data quality and model performance.Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years full-time work experience as a Training and Development Specialist.Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebook).
