About This Role
About the RoleWe need a Website Project Manager! This is a remote (work from home) position and is required to be working during US-Mountain Standard Time working hours. (GMT-7).
To clarify, this is not a role that you need significant Wordpress development experience in, but you need to be excellent at Project Management, and you need to be willing to learn and get your hands dirty in website development.

DutiesCore activities or tasks to be performed daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly Collaborative Department Development: We have a strong team of developers who like to tackle projects, improve processes, and better the quality of our websites together. Leveraging them to improve our processes is a good practice to exercise.Time-Tracking: Time spent on all tasks in the Ad Hoc Board and in website builds needs to be tracked in order to help provide clarity to resources spent on projects/clients and to help management better understand project workload and capacityCross-Department Communication: Clearly communicate with fellow team members from other departments. Questions are responded to within 24 hours, and any tasks assigned are acknowledged within 24 hours and if there is a conflict of time constraint, then this is communicated upfront.Reporting on Website Builds and Ad-Hoc Support: Leveraging the platform that these processes are executed on, we should be able to see all levels of fulfillment and performance in the processes that you own. Each of these processes should have reporting built out for each phase so we have an accurate view of how much time is spent in each phase, where the gaps are, where the delays are, and what we can do to improve. Weekly & Monthly Reporting in ETW: Any KPIs agreed on with the Head of Fulfillment are added to ETW and are updated in the agreed timeframe. If you are responsible for the KPI then you deliver the reporting on-time without reminders.
Managing Hosting Clients:This client is not receiving any additional service outside of hosting their website but they are afforded Ad-Hoc Support on an afforded basis. You will be responsible for their ad-hoc ticket management or assisting in the migration of website hosting when requested by the client
CompensationWe pay you for the value you have and create at Rotate Digital.Pay range is dependent on experience.This role will be salaried at $1,600- $2,400 per monthYearly salary increasePaid time-off
