Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor / Content Creator to join our team and produce high-performing, social-first video content across multiple platforms. This role is focused on creating engaging, platform-native content as well as more polished campaign and event edits, working closely with our creative and social teams.
Video Editing & Content ProductionEdit video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedInProduce both low-fi, fast-turnaround social content and high-end polished editsCreate campaign content, promotional videos and event after-moviesEnsure all content is optimised for each platform, format and audience
Creative Direction & CollaborationWork closely with the social team to develop video concepts and formatsContribute creative ideas and visual direction for larger projectsAssist with planning shot lists and storyboards where neededMaintain consistent visual quality and brand alignment across all content
Videography SupportLead or assist with filming during content shoots, events and campaignsCapture social-first content during shoots when requiredSupport the wider creative team with production needs
Skills & Experience
EssentialStrong video editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and pacingProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After EffectsVideography experience, including shooting in a range of environmentsStrong understanding of video formats and optimisation for social mediaGood visual storytelling ability
DesirableExperience creating content for brands, campaigns or social channelsWorking knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative SuiteExperience producing event after-movies or promotional contentAwareness of current social media video trends and formats
