About This Role

The Function Purpose Plan and lead all change processes within the bank, while ensuring all transformation initiatives are well-planned and effectively executed and adhere to optimizing costs and enhancing customer experience.
Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overall UX/UI vision, strategy, and processes across digital products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing, etc.) to deliver user-centric design solutions.Oversee user research and usability testing efforts to inform and validate design decisions.Translate user insights, business goals, and technical constraints into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.Present and articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.Keep abreast with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and team efficiency.Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures and external regulations
Background Bachelor’s degree.(4+) years of relevant experience.
