Key Accountabilities:
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user journey.Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and accessible digital experiences.Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Business, and Marketing) to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and identify areas for optimization.Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the UX design process.Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.Ensure the accessibility of all digital products, adhering to accessibility standards.Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and user insights.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement of the user experience.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design1-3 years of experience in UX design.A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across digital products (web and mobile) is required.
