We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Corporate Strategy & Development Associate to support high-impact strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and transaction analysis.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting who thrive in analytical, deal-driven environments.
Role OverviewYou will partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, support capital allocation decisions, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. The role requires strong financial modeling expertise, valuation experience, and the ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and refine detailed financial models, including:Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) modelsThree-statement operating modelsScenario and sensitivity analysesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesConduct valuation analyses for investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunitiesPerform financial and operational due diligence on target companiesPrepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and investment memosAnalyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and macroeconomic factorsCollaborate cross-functionally to support execution of strategic initiatives
Required QualificationsStrong expertise in financial modeling (DCF, 3-statement models)Experience in valuation and transaction analysisBackground in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic financeProven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processesDemonstrated due diligence experience in deal or investment contextsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate independently in a remote, high-performance environment
