OverviewREACH World is looking for a Social Media Moderator to monitor and engage with our online community across multiple social media platforms, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional and positive brand presence online.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Moderate discussions and remove inappropriate or offensive content.Ensure community guidelines and platform policies are followed.Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the appropriate team.Track recurring questions or feedback from followers and report insights.Support social media campaigns by actively engaging with the audience.Monitor trends and conversations related to the brand.Maintain a positive and engaging online community environment.
