Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop a quality-focused culture and improve QA processesPlan and execute QA strategies, including manual and automated test cases, aligned with the software testing pyramidLead end-to-end testing for cross-functional projects, applying exploratory and regression testing techniquesMonitor, analyze, and report on QA KPIs to ensure product quality and identify improvement opportunitiesProactively define and contribute to QA OKRs, leading initiatives to enhance processes and reduce bugsDrive quality activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring robust testing at every stageImplement and optimize CI/CD practices to streamline testing and delivery processes

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testingExpertise in agile testing methodologies and toolsProven experience in testing mobile applications and backend servicesProficiency in automation testing for mobile and API platformsKnowledge of CI/CD practices and test automation frameworksStrong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with attention to detailAbility to create and manage test plans, strategies, and processesProficiency in QA metrics tracking and reporting to drive team performanceFluency in Arabic and the ability to work in fast-paced environments

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with shift-left testing and proactive quality improvement techniquesFamiliarity with Jira, DataDog, Firebase, GitHub, and other Tech toolsISTQB Advanced Level Certification or higher
