We’re excited to welcome a Senior Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the global rollout of Sales & Service products and services, ensuring consistent best-practice delivery across regional teams, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives. In this position, you’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with a diverse team including the global delivery team, leaders, operations, product managers and other internal stakeholders. This role involves managing complex projects with multiple stakeholder groups, including technology teams, and is ideal for someone with project management experience in SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing Sales engagements, including large-scale deployments of Korn Ferry Digital solutions (e.g., KF Sell) within client CRM and enterprise technology ecosystemsServe as the primary owner and escalation point for assigned client projects, accountable for scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk management, and overall client satisfactionPartner closely with clients, Sales, Consulting, Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to align delivery plans with client objectives and contractual commitments.Develop and manage detailed client project plans across multiple workstreams, geographies, and dependencies, proactively identifying risks, issues, and mitigation strategiesLead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional delivery teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical resources, ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables, and milestonesFacilitate and lead client-facing governance, status, and steering meetings, clearly communicating progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes to senior and executive-level stakeholdersEnsure delivery excellence through the definition and execution of quality assurance strategies, adhering to Korn Ferry delivery standards and best practicesOversee financial management of client projects, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing accuracy, and revenue recognition in collaboration with Finance and OperationsCapture, document, and communicate lessons learned and continuous improvement insights to strengthen future client engagements and delivery approachesLead multiple concurrent client engagements with competing priorities, ambiguity, and senior stakeholder expectationsAct as a trusted delivery advisor to clients, proactively shaping delivery approaches to support adoption, transformation, and long-term successContribute to the evolution of Sales & Service delivery methodologies, standards, and tools based on client experience and outcomes
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive project management experience, including significant responsibility for client-facing delivery of complex, technology-enabled solutionsDemonstrated experience successfully leading large, complex client projects with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and dependencies across geographiesProven track record managing end-to-end client engagements, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and client satisfactionExperience delivering projects in SaaS, digital, or emerging technology environments; experience deploying solutions within CRM or enterprise platforms strongly preferredStrong client-facing skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior and executive-level client stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional delivery teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical resources, in remote and matrixed environmentsExperience managing project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing accuracy, and revenue recognition in partnership with Finance and OperationsComfort partnering with Sales and Commercial teams, including supporting scoping, change control, and identification of expansion or upsell opportunitiesExperience contributing to or improving delivery standards, methodologies, or best practices based on client outcomes and lessons learnedAdvanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn internal systems and delivery toolsProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferredBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

Salary Range
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

Employees are eligible to receive a total of 15 days vacation annually plus paid time off for 16 company holidays. Full time eligible employees will accrue sick time commencing on the first date of employment at the rate of 3.33 hours per pay period for an annualized maximum of 80 hours.
