Senior Officer- Real Estate Sales & Marketing

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and attract potential buyers and investors for bank-owned properties through various marketing channels and direct client engagement.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties and increase market visibility.Coordinate with real estate agencies, brokers, and external partners to expand the marketing network and improve sales opportunities.Conduct market research and property analysis to determine competitive pricing and identify market trends.Prepare marketing materials including property profiles, brochures, online listings, and promotional content for digital platforms and social media.Organize and conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations for prospective buyers.Negotiate with clients and support the closing of sales transactions in line with organizational policies and objectives.Prepare sales reports, market insights, and performance updates for management.Represent the organization in real estate events, exhibitions, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and attract potential investors.Collaborate with internal departments to develop advertising plans and promotional campaigns that enhance the organization’s image and support property sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or property management is preferred.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Good knowledge of real estate market trends and property marketing strategies.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.Private car.
