Key Accountabilities :
Implement, enforce, and monitor physical security systems and relevant operation plans, procedures, and guidelines.Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the security agreements and contracts, and recommend improvement amendments wherever necessary to keep them in line with security policies and regulations.Manage the proper investigations & surveillances of all reported incidents on sites, from initial report to police liaison to prevent reoccurrence / amending security procedure.Perform regular physical security inspections, and risks analysis for OJ assets in terms of gap analysis in order to reduce/ overcome identified crime, terrorism, workplace violence, and threats from manmade disasters.Maintain proper security controls before, during, and after special events.Responsible for installation of new controlling physical security controls at Key sites.Monitor and evaluate physical Security controls performance at key sites, recommend corrective actions where appropriate.Maintain accurate, updated inventory of all physical security systems and controls. - Follow up with legal/ HR/ properties & business owners on the execution of the physical security controls.Prepare and participate in RFQ (request for quotation) relating to physical security in coordination with sourcing and other team members.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5 years of experience in managing and leading people and security issues, or equivalent experience in related fields.Proven track record showing profound knowledge in the technical specifications for security related systems and facility protection enforcement, including engineered and administrative physical security measures and security auditing functions.
