Digital Marketing Manager – Nordics, B2B, Remote but based in Nordics, c. €60K Own regional demand. Drive pipeline. Optimise every €. This is a hands-on role owning digital performance across the Nordics in a complex B2B environment.You’ll plan, execute and optimise multichannel campaigns across paid, SEO, social and ABM — with one goal: deliver high-quality pipeline, not just leads.You’ll work across internal teams and agencies, turning business priorities into performance-driven media plans and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll own End-to-end campaign strategy across the Nordic regionPaid Search, Paid Social, SEO + ABM working as one systemMedia planning, budget allocation and ROIDay-to-day channel performance and optimisationStructured testing and experimentation frameworksAgency management and accountabilityClear reporting tied to pipeline and revenue
