What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate activities across payer, Epic, and provider teams Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables while tracking dependencies and mitigating risks Maintain documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure transparency Drive accountability for sprint commitments and escalate issues for cross-organization resolutions Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

What Is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager Experience in Epic or healthcare payer environments Strong understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies Proven experience managing multi-organization initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with FHIR, APIs, and EDI Familiarity with payer-provider contracting workflows Experience in CMS-regulated environments
