What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as Scrum Master for two or more software development teams in an Agile or SAFe environment Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and team-level PI planning activities Partner with Product Owners to ensure healthy backlogs and clear priorities Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity Coach teams toward higher levels of maturity, predictability, and self-organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment Demonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously Strong facilitation and communication skills Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles in practice Ability to articulate outcomes and challenges faced by teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or similar Familiarity with Kanban or Scrumban methodologies
