Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a sales representative. The sales representative will be responsible for being in contact with customers (Via email and phone), understanding their business models, and showcasing to them how we can help their business with our services/products. The representative will follow up with the customers in a timely manner and send customers product sheets that come from the supply management team. When a customer wants to place an order they will forward it over to the sales team to finalize the order. The sales representative will be there to answer customers' questions, concerns, and any needs.
QualificationsFluent English with no accentExperience in customer careExperience in marketing or salesStrong management & organization skillsExpertise in Microsoft Excel and computer skillsExperience in the wholesale or retail industry is a plusBachelor's degree in business or economics is a plus
Job Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer serviceIdentify and understand potential customers' needs and offer suitable productsCommunicate with clients through various channels including email and phoneFollow up with clients in a timely and professional mannerWork closely with the supply management team to provide customers with product informationAssist in the order process by forwarding customer orders to the sales teamCommunicate any customer concerns or needs to managementKeep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activitiesMeet and exceed sales targets set by management
