What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges they encounter while using the product or service Listen actively to understand the root of the issue and provide clear, effective solutions Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED 6+ months of customer service or sales experience Ability to work in a home environment that matches the address on file Comfortable using company-issued equipment such as a webcam if applicable Reliable Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
