What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED 6+ months of customer service or sales experience Work-from-home environment in a private residence that matches the address on file Comfortable working with company-issued equipment such as a webcam if applicable Internet connection must meet specified minimum download and upload speeds

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a customer service or sales role within a related industry Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
