What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions, actively supporting sales and conversions Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding products, orders, pricing, and general questions Create, verify, and qualify new orders accurately using the POS system Monitor order status and provide proactive updates to customers Handle claims, concerns, and service issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Prior sales experience, preferably in eCommerce, furniture, or home-goods environments Proven ability to deliver excellent customer support in an online or retail setting Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zendesk, FedEx Manager, and UPS Manager Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in eCommerce sales or customer service Familiarity with online sales platforms and customer management tools
