What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to maintenance issues from gas stations and dispatch technicians to resolve them Commit to superior service for customers through both phone and computer interactions Dedicate full attention to work without providing care for others during work hours Learn new information, policies, and skills related to the petroleum industry and software Maintain an organized and accurate approach to problem-solving and prioritization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience Must be a resident of Kenosha in the Wisconsin area Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office using company-provided equipment Dependable and committed to punctuality and work ethic Ability to successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and a pre-employment drug screen and background check
