What Is Required (Qualifications)

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Fluent in English and Spanish Proficient with computers and customer service software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
