What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Fluency in both English and Spanish Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously High-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
