Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with our top tier clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking needsUnderstand clients' financial goals and objectives and provide them with tailored banking solutionsProactively identify opportunities to expand business and deepen client relationshipsAnalyze clients' financial status and assess creditworthiness to structure appropriate financing or investment solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products to clientsStay up to date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed adviceMonitor and manage the performance of client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management in the banking industryStrong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthFamiliarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to analyze financial data and recommend appropriate solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism and integrity
