About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter for a 6 month contract (extendable) who will operate as an embedded member of our client's team. The Recruiter will represent our company while working directly with the clients' stakeholders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned rolesWork as an integrated part of the client's team, representing our company professionally at all timesPartner directly with client hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planningDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreachConduct candidate screening interviews and assessmentsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholdersProvide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendationsMaintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data integrityTrack and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, etc.)Deliver structured weekly reports to the client covering progress, performance metrics, challenges, and action plansEnsure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the clients employer brandOperate autonomously while maintaining strong communication and transparency with both the client and internal leadership
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)Experience working in a client-facing or embedded recruitment model is a plusStrong sourcing and headhunting capabilitiesFamiliarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and meet performance KPIsStrong analytical and reporting skills
