Key Responsibilities

Execute manual tests, acceptance tests, and click tests for newly developed features, ensuring robust quality assuranceConduct usability tests to guarantee a user-friendly product; gather feedback for continuous improvementPerform load and performance testsProvide 3rd-level support for technical inquiries from customers and European partners.Create and maintain Freshdesk/Self-Service resources, including user guides Document and report quality metrics, ensuring clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

German skills are mandatoryStrong affinity for technology, web applications, apps, and programming, with an analytical approach and excellent communication skills in both German and English. Self-motivated and able to prioritize issues effectively; programming experience is a plus.
