What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Plan, design, and execute test plans for complex business solutions, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance across multiple platforms Evaluate business, functional, and non-functional requirements, analyze gaps, and ensure clarity and testability Analyze and report test execution results, create detailed documentation, and champion the use of AI tools to enhance productivity Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives Conduct backend testing (REST/SOAP) and utilize SQL for data verification

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in the insurance industry Strong analytical skills and a QA mindset or solid BA capabilities Familiarity with backend testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, and UI automation Ability to document requirements effectively and leverage AI tools Willingness to travel 0-10%

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes Knowledge of JSON and XML to support testing activities Experience in a hybrid QA/BA role that combines quality assurance with business analysis
