Position SummaryThe Plumbing Quality Control Manager is responsible for all layout and monitoring plumbing installations to ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, submittals, and project specifications. This role works closely with the Plumbing Deputy Foreman, Laborer Foreman, and Operating Engineer Foreman to proactively identify deficiencies, prevent rework, and support successful inspections and project closeout. The position reports to the Plumbing General Foreman and Plumbing Deputy Foreman. Key ResponsibilitiesConfirm all areas scheduled for work prior to installation activities.Coordinate and perform layout for all plumbing installations before work begins.Monitor and verify that installations conform to shop drawings, specifications, and layouts.Document as-built conditions as installations progress and as testing is needed.Forward thinking leadership for deficiencies early and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.Report directly to the Plumbing General Foreman and Plumbing Deputy Foreman.Attend daily coordination meetings with the Plumbing General Foreman, Deputy Foreman, Operating Engineer Foreman, and Laborer Foreman.Prepare and submit accurate daily quality control reports and jobsite documentation for all QC/QA activities to General Foreman daily, including footages installed.Weekly uploads of progress to Boyd Cloud StoragePrepare as-builts drawings as installation advances and submit for approval to BoydResponsible for all Boyd Supplied Equipment, including maintenanceDaily Submittal of Hours using the job-specific Category Templates Certifications & RequirementsOSHA 30 CertificationAbility to pass drug screening EquipmentTrimble Total Station - RTS753Share you cv to shraddha@tejjy.com cc hr@tejjy.com
