Our client is seeking licensed psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to contribute clinical expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems in mental health. This role combines psychology, research, and technology to ensure AI tools are accurate, empathetic, and clinically sound.
Role OverviewAs a Psychologist AI Trainer, you will apply your knowledge of assessment, psychotherapy, and psychological testing to improve AI understanding of human behavior. You will analyze clinical scenarios, guide AI responses, and ensure outputs adhere to ethical and evidence-based psychological practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and annotate clinical interactions for AI training and evaluation.Provide expert feedback on psychotherapy, assessment, and psychological testing datasets.Develop and refine AI training scenarios based on cognitive-behavioral and other evidence-based frameworks.Collaborate with engineers and researchers to enhance AI clinical reasoning capabilities.Ensure AI outputs reflect best practices in clinical psychology, ethics, and patient care.Support research-backed continuous improvement of AI tools in mental health applications.
Required Skills and QualificationsDoctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology.Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, compassionate articulation.Expertise in clinical assessment, psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychological testing.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.Deep understanding of ethical standards and best practices in psychological care.
