About This Role
Working independently or as part of a programme team to provide project management expertise to deliver our products and services. You will be a flexible, self-motivated individual with experience of working on a number of concurrent projects.
Deliver the project to agreed time, cost and quality standardsManage and communicate with all project stakeholders – client sponsors, client teams, third-party and internal teamsProvide regular status updates and communications across the project teamCo-ordination of internal/external meetings and workshops including chairing project meetingsPreparation of material and reporting in accordance with agreed programme governanceMaintaining/updating/ collating weekly project status reports and actions, issues and risk logs and contacting project team members appropriatelyCreation of and ongoing monitoring and management of the Project PlanMaintaining and monitoring resource schedules, flagging up any issues/conflictsSubmitting the risk/issues log for review and escalating when requiredAttending meetings/workshops producing minutes and chasing up actions when requiredManagement of deliverables on the project shared drive i.e. version control; deliverables tracking etcCovering general administrative dutiesSupporting the Programme Manager in day to day activities required to deliver the project (if required)Co-ordinate the definition and documentation of any required Acceptance Criteria for the acceptance of solutions prior to go liveEnsure that full impact assessment are carried out where required with the Delivery teams, within agreed timescalesAct as an interface between the business and delivery teams, including technical teamsTrack requirements through the delivery phase and ensure deliveryProvide assistance and support for the definition of the operational processes and procedures when requiredAssist the business to produce workarounds where requirements cannot be met fullyResponsible for ensuring that any User Acceptance Testing approach is defined and agreedSupport any User Acceptance Testing activity and act as the main interface between the business and technical teamsProduce project communication plans and create and deliver communications in line with that plan

Delivery of projects to agreed time, cost and qualityProduction and management of key project documents e.g. PID, AIRs etcCreation and management of the Project PlanMaintenance of the Resource SchedulePreparation and publication of Weekly Progress ReportsDocumented Acceptance Criteria with input from all impacted business areasUser Acceptance Test support when required
