Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in hospitality fit-outs, commercial kitchens, or high-end bar installations?We’re working with a leading UK hospitality and leisure fit-out specialist that delivers innovative, high-quality bar and kitchen installations for some of the most recognised names in the industry. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a hands-on Project Manager to oversee commercial kitchen projects nationwide.The RoleThis is a site-led, delivery-focused role where you’ll take full ownership of projects from mobilisation through to client handover. You’ll coordinate trades, manage suppliers, control budgets, and ensure installations are delivered safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the full lifecycle of commercial kitchen installationsLeading on-site teams including subcontractors and specialist tradesActing as the main point of contact for clients on siteOverseeing programme management and sequencing of worksMonitoring budgets and managing variationsEnsuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
What We’re Looking ForProven experience in high-end, luxury hospitality fit-out, kitchen installation, or bar installation project managementStrong understanding of commercial kitchen layouts, M&E coordination, canopy & ventilation systemsConfident managing multiple trades in live or fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and leadership skillsProactive, organised, and solutions-drivenSMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), First AidFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
