Project Manager

This is a remote position. Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope. This role involves planning, executing, and closing initiatives while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project or Jira.
Assemble and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress against milestones.
Manage budgets, track costs, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication, resolve issues, and provide regular status reports to executives.
Ensure quality assurance, change management, and successful project closure with evaluations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
3+ years of project management experience across industries.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and MS Office.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
Experience with agile/hybrid methodologies or industry-specific tools (e.g., construction software).
Proven track record of delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
