Project coordinator

Interv_l are currently supporting a fast-growing business operating within the UK energy infrastructure space, delivering projects across EV charging, power connections, and low-carbon technologies.
They’re looking to bring in a Project Coordinator to support their delivery team as they continue to scale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to delivery, coordinating projects, working with contractors and clients, and keeping everything moving, without needing years of experience.
The Role
You’ll be supporting the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, working closely with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors.Typical responsibilities include:Coordinating project timelines, schedules, and documentationLiaising with contractors, DNOs, and clientsSupporting site mobilisation (permits, access, logistics)Tracking project progress and updating internal systemsRaising purchase orders / supporting budgets and quotesEnsuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time
What They’re Looking ForExperience in a coordination / admin / support role within construction, utilities, EV, or energyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working with multiple stakeholdersSomeone proactive who enjoys being in the detail of deliveryAny exposure to EV charging, utilities, civils, or electrical projects is a bonus
