Role OverviewOne of our clients is seeking experienced Project Management Specialists to support a leading AI research lab advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on applying project management expertise to analyze, structure, and solve real-world challenges that inform AI research and operational workflows. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenariosAnalyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination challengesReview and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevanceProvide domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs
QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related fieldStrong understanding of project lifecycle management, coordination, and delivery practicesExcellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
