Job Title: PowerPoint Presentation Specialist / Visual Designer/ Pursuit Designer Location: Amman, Jordan
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Presentation designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic and visual design, with proven experience in producing high-impact marketing, proposal, and event visuals in fast-paced corporate environments. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, presentation design, and maintaining brand consistency under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:Develop executive presentations, pitch decks, corporate proposals, and other visual communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.Translate complex business and consulting content into clear, engaging visual formats.Support internal design training initiatives to elevate team capabilities in tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, consulting, and corporate communications to ensure design consistency and impact.Assist in art direction and visual execution for brand shoots, campaigns, and promotional events.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate or agency design environments.Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, branding, and corporate communications.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft PowerPoint.Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia design is a plus.Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in Graphic Design & Illustration and Visual Design preferred.Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
