Job Summary:
We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation, processing, and reconciliation of employee payrolls across multiple regions. The Payroll Accountant will work closely with the Payroll Manager, HR, and Finance teams to ensure payroll transactions are compliant, efficient, and properly recorded.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. End-to-end monthly payroll processing within established deadlines as per the agreed SLA. Processing of End of Services benefits for all employees. Assist in the set-up of a new company in Adrenaline/Dynamics for payroll processing. Regular meetings with the entities in identifying their issues. Assist in internal and external auditing procedures related to payroll by following company standards and policies Monitor and review complete payroll accounts for verification of accuracy and in case of any discrepancies make appropriate corrections and updates at the end of every month Make the necessary payroll accounting entries periodical also, as and when required including monthly provisions and accruals. Calculation of Provision of Gratuity, Leave, Air ticket, GOSI/Pension as per the country’s requirements. Provide information required for the preparation of Financial Statements. Reconcile payroll related balance sheet accounts for maintaining accurate account balances and complying with established guidelines. Ensure that all control accounts are always in balance with subsidiary records and information. Timely prepare deduction/additions list of the employee with verified and reconciled with respective balance sheet account monthly. Review and confirm the monthly accrual/benefits reports with the accuracy and financials numbers are correct as per the eligibility and policy of the management and government. Perform any additional duties as requested by the Payroll Manager to support the other team as and when required Knowledge about WPS, and all aspects of payroll processes and maintaining up-to-date payroll records in ERP software Vendor accruals and amortization related to payroll vendors or PRO invoices Timely booking of outsourced payroll invoices, vendor reconciliation, and payments. Intercompany cross-charges and customer invoicing related to payroll cost.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll accounting, preferably within a multi-country/GCC environment. Strong understanding of accounting standards and end-to-end payroll processes. Proficient in payroll software and ERP systems such as Dynamics and Adrenalin. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and handling large data sets). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity. Well-organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
