About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented P2P Merchant Operations Manager to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be a key driver of our P2P ecosystem, focusing on nurturing relationships with existing platform merchants, expanding our network by onboarding new high-quality merchant clients, and maintaining platform integrity through careful application reviews and market research. If you are a proactive team player with a deep understanding of the crypto P2P landscape and the resilience to thrive under pressure, we'd love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:1. Maintain relationships with merchants and users on the platform. 2. Develop and expand new merchant clients. 3. Review and approve merchant applications. 4. Conduct market research. 5. Assist with other related operational tasks.
Job Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 2 years of relevant P2P work experience in the cryptocurrency industry. 2. Familiar with internet platform resource management processes and possess basic data analysis skills. 3. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. 4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
