Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Clerk to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative operations, the Office Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.Assist with data entry and update various databases as required.Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
