What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Receive, research, document, and resolve inbound inquiries efficiently and accurately Process high volume, time-sensitive transactions with attention to detail Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in policy and filing systems Explain insurance terms and policy changes clearly and professionally Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

1-3 years of customer service experience Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to convey complex messages and policies with empathy and clarity

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a call center environment Familiarity with medical malpractice insurance terminology Additional certifications related to customer service or insurance Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
