We’re recruiting on behalf of a scaling technology company entering an exciting phase of growth. With a current team of seven and ambitious plans for 2026, they are looking for a strategic yet scrappy marketer who can take ownership, create momentum, and elevate their brand to the next level.
The OpportunityAs the company’s first marketing hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the business shows up in the market. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and external marketing/PR partners to craft the strategy, execute campaigns, and build a strong lead-generation engine.This is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves autonomy, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things moving.
What You’ll DoBuild and execute the overall marketing strategy for 2026 and beyondDevelop brand awareness and position the company as a standout market leaderDrive targeted lead-generation campaigns across digital channelsManage relationships with external marketing, PR, and creative agenciesOversee content creation, campaign management, and performance trackingLay the foundations for marketing operations that can scale globallyContribute ideas, challenge thinking, and take full ownership of marketing deliveryAs the business grows, build and lead a global marketing team (USA & EMEA focus)
