ResponsibilitiesDeliver community-based engagement activities across community areasRepresent our services in a professional and approachable mannerBuild positive relationships and provide excellent customer experiencesRecord and manage campaign activity using internal systemsWork towards individual and team performance goals, applying feedback and training to improve results
QualificationsAbility to commute to Belfast on a daily basisFull-time availability
Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and goal-oriented approach
Preferred SkillsPrevious customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required
