Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join Jeeny's Legal team in Jordan. This position is for a legal professional eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The Legal Specialist will work closely with other departments across the middle east with a focus on Jordan, providing day-to-day support across contract management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and organize standard commercial agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts using approved templatesTrack contract lifecycle milestones and maintain accurate legal trackers and documentationMonitor relevant regulatory updates in Jordan impacting company operationsSupport the preparation of regulatory submissions and compliance documentation for the LTRC and other authoritiesAct as a liaison between the Legal team and internal stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance) for routine legal mattersAssist with corporate governance tasks, including entity filings and maintenance of legal recordsConduct legal research and prepare concise memos, summaries, and briefing notes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized universityAdmission to the Jordanian Bar, or eligibility to practice in Jordan, is preferred1-2 years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or regulatory environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishBasic legal drafting skills with the ability to work from templatesStrong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
