About This Role
Job Summary:Participating in executing JFF activities during all its phases: planning, implementation, follow-up, reporting, evaluation, including M&E activities within and outside the RFC team/premises, and working with JFF Supervisor and Manager on diverse assigned tasks; this includes, but is not limited to, research, reporting, coordinating meetings, events, and activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinating the implementation of the film fund in its various phases, including callouts, outreach, submittal handling, agreements, support, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation.Maintain and regularly update the Funding Agreement in coordination with legal advisors (s) to ensure its accuracy and relevance; oversee and monitor its proper implementation in full compliance with all stipulated articles and provisions; and coordinate with legal advisors(s), as required, to ensure legal soundness and address any emerging matters.Maintaining an updated version of JFF content published via the website and written material such as guidelines and regulations, promotional and archiving material (in both languages).Facilitate the JFF applications, ensuring their alignment with the JFF guidelines & regulations and funding objectivesOrganizing and filing documents, physically and online, as per the set policies and requirements.Participate in the JFF outreach and marketing events; facilitate media material and publications with the Supervisor, Manager, JFF team, and related RFC departments.Coordinating JFF Committee, Pre-Selection Committee, Jury, and Experts meetings and activities, including logistics, minutes taking, reporting, and ensuring all requirements are being met. Following up with and checking on JFF Grantees’ progress, creatively, legally, and financially in person and online in coordination with the JFF team and RFC Departments as required. Working with the JFF Supervisor and Manager on RFC Consulted Projects. Perform cinema, legal, and film industry research.Additional Duties: Any other task requested by the direct manager.The incumbent reports to the Jordan Film Fund Supervisor
