IT Support | Network & System

Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled Network & Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our servers and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for our rapidly growing community. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure expansion.
What You’ll Do:Set up, maintain, and monitor servers and network devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Participate in exciting infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and network expansion initiatives.Collaborate closely with Network & Systems Engineers, Database Administrators, System Administrators, and Developers to ensure service stability.Contribute to team documentation, knowledgebase, and best practices.Perform scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.Troubleshoot and resolve daily incidents and operational issues with precision and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:Hands-on experience with network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, or similar), including OS loading, configuration of VLANs, ACLs, dynamic routing, and network troubleshooting.Proven experience implementing High-Availability setups and maintaining maximum uptime, including load balancing, clustering, and redundancy strategies.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions quickly.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate system or network improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with local teams and international developers.A strong team player with a vision to optimize and scale IT infrastructure and services.
Work Details:Based in JordanWork Schedule: Roster / Shift-based system (no night shift)
