About This Role

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing Iskan Plus customers portfolio- Responding to customer inquiries and handling matters related to them in order to strengthen their relationship with the bank- Opening bank accounts- Marketing the bank's various services and products through direct dealing with customers- Study and analyze the needs of iskan Plus customers based on the marketing campaigns carried out by the bank.- Working to attract customers with the aim of maximizing profitability and increasing the portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements :
-Bachelor's degree in Financial Sciences and Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field-English language proficiency (writing and conversation) (Level 2)- A minimum of 5 years in the field of financial services- Excellent Communication skills- Excellent Selling skills-Computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Mailing Application).
