What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead interior architecture for multiple high-end projects, integrating spatial planning and materiality from concept to construction administration Collaborate with principals, architects, and the interior design team to create cohesive, site-responsive environments Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members while managing simultaneous projects Coordinate interior architecture with structural, MEP, lighting, and furniture/furnishings teams Utilize Revit and 3D rendering tools for photorealistic visualizations and material representation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture from an accredited university 8-10+ years of experience in interior architecture for high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects Strong understanding of millwork, finishes, lighting, and spatial detailing Proven track record of leading interior architecture through all phases from concept design to construction observation Proficiency in Revit and experience with 3D rendering tools such as Twinmotion or Lumion

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in managing and delegating tasks to team members on simultaneous projects Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to articulate design ideas effectively Familiarity with sustainability practices in architecture and design Previous experience in a mentorship role for junior staff
