Our client, a high-impact D2C beauty and lifestyle brand, is hiring a Head of Social to lead and elevate their social presence across all platforms.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on strategy, creative innovation, and building both team capability and founder-led brand influence.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
Partner with the founder to build their personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channelsLead platform strategy, with a focus on TikTok as a core growth and engagement engineChampion a data-driven, “test and learn” approach to content, optimising for ROI and audience resonance
Team Leadership & Execution
Lead, mentor, and grow the social media team, setting priorities and supporting professional developmentAct as a senior voice in the business, influencing content strategy and pushing creative boundariesEngage the brand’s community and ambassadors, giving them the tools and inspiration to share the brand story authentically
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Creative, Digital, PR, and Performance teams to ensure social is integrated across all marketing activitiesAlign social strategy with broader brand and growth objectives, balancing commercial and emotional impact
Who You Are
Extensive experience in social media and content, ideally in luxury beauty, lifestyle, or high-growth D2C brandsProven leadership skills, able to manage teams and high-profile founder/personal brandsDeep, native understanding of social platforms and tailoring content to each channelResilient and persuasive, able to navigate strong opinions and champion innovative ideasPurpose-driven, passionate about embedding brand values and social impact into the narrative
