Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, playing a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service. The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing all front desk operations, which include greeting visitors, assisting with inquiries, managing phone calls, and providing support to other administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.Maintain the front desk area by keeping it organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.Manage scheduling and reservations for clients or meeting rooms as needed.Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using office equipment and software, including MS Office Suite and telephone systems.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.A friendly and professional demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
