We are looking for a high-level operator who can help turn a fast-moving company into a more structured, scalable business.This is not a normal job. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up and work directly with the founder to drive execution, growth, and long-term value.
About the roleWe are hiring a Founding General Manager / Operating Partner to help lead execution across the business. This person will help bring structure, accountability, and momentum to CoHostly while taking a major load off the founder.This role is ideal for someone who is strong in operations, growth, sales support, team coordination, and making things happen in early-stage environments.
What you’ll be responsible forHelp run day-to-day execution across the businessBuild structure, systems, and accountability around prioritiesCoordinate projects across product, operations, sales, and growthWork closely with the founder to turn ideas into executionHelp manage contractors, remote team members, and key initiativesSupport customer onboarding, retention, and feedback loopsHelp identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and keep the company moving fastCreate visibility around KPIs, priorities, and weekly progressContribute to growth efforts including partnerships, outbound support, and business development initiatives

Preferred backgroundExperience working in a startup or early-stage companyExperience in business operations, product operations, general management, chief of staff, or growthExperience helping scale teams, systems, or revenueExperience managing remote teams or contractorsBonus if you have experience in SaaS, fintech, automotive, fleet, or marketplace businesses

CompensationCompensation will depend on experience and background. This role includes base compensation with performance-based upside. Long-term incentive or equity potential may be available for the right person after proven execution.
